Hybrid Motor Group is a UK supplier of professionally refurbished hybrid vehicle batteries and related products.

  • "Products" means all goods supplied by Hybrid Motor Group.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse any order;
  • cancel an order before dispatch;
  • limit quantities purchased;
  • request additional verification before processing an order.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include or exclude VAT as indicated on the relevant product page.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Where a genuine pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless a separate written agreement has been made.

We accept payment using the methods displayed during checkout.

Orders remain the property of Hybrid Motor Group until paid for in full.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

However:

  • product photographs are for illustration purposes;
  • colours may vary;
  • refurbished batteries may contain cosmetic marks consistent with previous use;
  • specifications may change where improvements are made.

Minor cosmetic imperfections do not affect the functionality of refurbished batteries.

7. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.

Our Battery Finder and compatibility information are provided to assist customers, but if you are unsure, please contact us before placing an order.

Hybrid Motor Group cannot accept responsibility for products ordered incorrectly where compatibility advice was not sought.

8. Installation

Hybrid batteries contain high-voltage electrical components.

Products should only be installed by a competent person with appropriate knowledge and experience.

Hybrid Motor Group accepts no responsibility for:

  • incorrect installation;
  • damage caused during installation;
  • vehicle faults unrelated to the supplied battery;
  • damage resulting from improper use.

9. Exchange Batteries

Where an exchange battery is supplied, customers must return the original battery (core) in accordance with our Exchange Battery Policy.

Failure to return the exchange battery within the required period may result in an additional charge.

10. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.

Whilst we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by couriers, weather, customs or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership remains with Hybrid Motor Group until full payment has been received.

11. Warranty

All batteries supplied by Hybrid Motor Group are covered by the warranty period stated on the product page and invoice.

12. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact Hybrid Motor Group before returning any goods.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, Hybrid Motor Group shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of earnings;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss of data;
  • vehicle hire costs;
  • recovery costs;
  • labour charges;
  • indirect or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product supplied.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse our website;
  • interfere with website security;
  • introduce malicious software;
  • copy or reproduce website content without permission;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • logos;
  • branding;
  • graphics;
  • photographs;
  • product descriptions;
  • software;
  • page designs;

remain the property of Hybrid Motor Group unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

16. Privacy

17. Force Majeure
