Testing

Each battery module is individually tested to assess its condition and suitability for refurbishment.

Refurbishment

After testing has identified weak or deteriorated modules, the battery enters the refurbishment stage.

Our technicians carefully inspect the battery pack, replace defective modules with compatible tested units, and examine all busbars, terminals and internal connections for signs of wear or corrosion.

Every replacement component is selected to ensure the battery is restored to a high standard before moving on to balancing.

Balancing

Following refurbishment, the battery pack undergoes a precision balancing process to ensure every module operates at a consistent voltage and state of charge.

Using specialist balancing equipment, each module is carefully equalised to improve overall battery performance, efficiency and reliability. This process helps reduce unnecessary stress on individual modules and promotes long-term stability.

Only once the battery has achieved the required balance does it proceed to the final testing stage.

Final Testing

Final Testing

Once refurbishment and balancing are complete, the entire battery pack undergoes comprehensive performance testing to verify that it meets our quality standards.

Each battery is tested under controlled conditions to assess voltage, capacity, module consistency and overall performance. This final stage confirms that the battery is operating correctly before it receives quality approval.

Only batteries that successfully pass every test move on to the final quality inspection.

Quality approval

Before any battery leaves our workshop, it undergoes a comprehensive final inspection to ensure it meets the standards expected by Hybrid Motor Group.

Our technicians carry out a detailed visual and technical quality check, confirming that every module, connection and component has been correctly installed and that the battery is clean, secure and ready for service.

Only batteries that successfully pass our quality approval process are released for dispatch.

Ready to dispatch

Once a battery has successfully completed every stage of our refurbishment process, it is carefully prepared for dispatch.

Each approved battery is securely packaged to help protect it during transportation and is supplied ready for installation by the customer's chosen mechanic or workshop.

Every battery leaves our facility only after meeting the quality standards expected by Hybrid Motor Group.
